Abstract
⺠We studied the transport of bacteria and bromide in re-structured soil columns. ⺠Under unsaturated condition BTCs and HYDRUS-1D model were used to estimate the model parameters. ⺠The peak of the BTCs for bacteria occurred earlier than that for bromide. ⺠Results showed that the HYDRUS code is a powerful model for simulating the bacterial transport.
