Abstract
⺠We model particle transport in an evolving synthetic karst aquifer. ⺠The particle breakthrough time is related to the stage of karstification. ⺠The tailing is caused by flow exchange between main channels and adjacent network. ⺠When injected into a low gradient zone, particles can stay in a network for decades.
