Abstract
⺠Medium-range numerical weather model outputs are downscaled. ⺠The downscaled and the raw model outputs are fed into a hydrologic model. ⺠The downscale-based flow forecasts are superior to the raw-based flow forecasts. ⺠Probabilistic flow forecasts have greater benefits than deterministic flow forecasts.
