Abstract
The two-parameter quantum vertex operator representation of level-one is explicitly constructed for Ur,s(Cn(1)) based on its two-parameter Drinfeld realization we give. This construction will be degenerated to the one-parameter case of Jing-Koyama-Misra [27] when rs=1.
