Strongly positive subquotients in a class of induced representations of classical p-adic groups

We determine under which conditions the induced representation of the form δ1×δ2⋊σ, where δ1, δ2 are irreducible essentially square integrable representations of a general linear group and σ is a discrete series representation of classical p-adic group, contains an irreducible strongly positive subquotient.
