Abstract
In this paper, we show that the primitive degree set of nonnegative primitive tensors with order m(≥3)m(≥3) and dimension n is {1,2,…,(n−1)2+1}{1,2,…,(n−1)2+1}, which implies that the results of the case m≥3m≥3 (the case of tensors) is totally different from the case m=2m=2 (the case of matrices), and we also propose some open problems for further research.
