Abstract
The Laplacian incidence energy of a graph is defined as the sum of the singular values of its normalized oriented incidence matrix. In this paper, we give sharp upper and lower bounds as well as the Coulson integral formula for the Laplacian incidence energy. Moreover, we show a close relation of the Laplacian incidence energy, normalized incidence energy and RandiÄ energy.
