Abstract
In this note we prove that the fundamental group of any forward complete Finsler manifold with nonnegative flag curvature is finitely generated provided the line integral of T-curvature is small. In particular, the fundamental group of any forward complete Berwald manifold with nonnegative flag curvature is finitely generated.
