Abstract
In this paper, the monotonicity property for a function involving qq-gamma and qq-digamma functions is investigated for q>0q>0. An application of this result provides a sharp inequality for the qq-gamma function. Our results are shown to be a generalization of results which were obtained by Alzer and Batir (2007) [2].
