An operator space approach to condition C

We show that there exists a natural embedding from the tensor product V∗∗⊗W∗∗ of the biduals of operator spaces V and W into the bidual of the injective tensor product of V and W, which is separately weak∗ continuous. From this, we define condition C for operator spaces.
