Abstract
In this paper, we prove that any helicoidal surface with H2=K in Minkowski 3-space is locally a generalized umbilical surface, i.e., a surface with the shape operator having the minimal polynomial 2(x−a), where a is constant. We also give the representation formulas for these helicoidal surfaces.
