Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a critical review on the paper “The common Re-nnd and Re-pd solutions to the matrix equations AX=CAX=C and XB=DXB=D” by authors Xiong and Qin (2011) [1]. We point out that the conditions given by Theorem 2.1 are not enough to ensure the existence of common Re-nnd solution to AX=CAX=C and XB=DXB=D, and the proofs are unacceptable. Finally, the corrected results are given.
