Abstract
In this paper, the Lagrange collocation method is used to solve the Volterra–Fredholm integral equations. This method transforms the system of the linear integral equations into matrix equations via Lagrange collocation points. The Lagrange collocation solution of the three kinds of Volterra–Fredholm integral equations and the error estimate of these equations are given. Some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the accuracy of the method.
