Symmetry reductions and exact solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional Jaulent–Miodek equation

By applying the direct symmetry method, we obtain the symmetry reductions, group invariant solutions and some new exact solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional Jaulent–Miodek equation, which include Jacobi elliptic function solutions, Airy function solutions, trigonometric function solutions, hyperbolic function solutions and so on.
