Abstract
A model describing dynamics of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with finite and infinite delays is considered. By means of Lyapunov functionals and differential inequality techniques, criteria on global asymptotic stability of this model are derived. The results of this paper are new and they supplement previously known results.
