Abstract
This paper is concerned with the stability properties of theoretical solution and numerical solution to nonlinear neutral differential equations with two delays in Banach space. Some sufficient conditions for the stability and asymptotic stability of the systems are given. The numerical stability of θ-methods when applied to the systems is also considered. A series of new stability results of θ-methods are obtained.
