Abstract
In this paper, a class of uncertain neutral system with time-varying delay is studied. Based on Lyapunov functional approach and linear matrix inequality technology, the stability criteria are given, Numerical examples show the effectiveness of our theoretical results and the influence of uncertainties to the stability of the neutral system.
