Abstract
This article studies the neutral system with time-varying delay and uncertainties. Novel stability criteria of the neutral system are derived by using Lyapunov method and linear matrix inequality technology which can be easily solved by efficient convex optimization algorithms. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate our theoretical results.
