Abstract
In this paper, we will give a novel criterion for the global stabilization of the zero solutions of a class of neural networks with varying delays and control input described by nonlinear delay differential equations of the neutral type. By using the method of Liapunov-Krasovskii functions, some sufficient conditions for ensuring the global stability of these neutral systems of neural networks are obtained. Some examples are included to illustrate the feasibleness of our results.
