Stability of explicit and diagonal implicit Runge-Kutta methods for nonlinear Volterra functional differential equations in Banach spaces

This paper is concerned with the stability properties of explicit and diagonal implicit Runge-Kutta methods when applied to initial value problems of nonlinear Volterra functional differential equations in Banach spaces. A series of new stability results of explicit and diagonal implicit Runge-Kutta methods are obtained.
