Abstract
In this paper we have written out some methods to find the inverse of a non-singular matrix and also the quasi-inverse of a singular matrix. The corresponding algorithms have been used to solve the linear system of equations Ax = b as x = A−1b. A comparison table of the numerical results has been designed in each case to compare the implementation of the algorithms with each other.The important part of the paper is presenting a block matrix method for finding the inverse matrix. The block method finds the inverse matrix with a simple and easy algorithm.
