Abstract
Oxygen is an essential factor for metastasis. Arteriolar occlusion decreases oxygen concentration and may destroy a part of muscle. The development of hypoxia is analyzed mathematically through time course in a domain containing multiple non-homogeneous capillaries and/or of different solute out. Each stable source of oxygen is controlled by a time sensitive function to simulate interrupted blood flow.
