Abstract
In this paper, we study the general m × n fuzzy linear system using a numerical method. The weak fuzzy solutions to the fuzzy system are expressed by using the generalized inverses of the coefficient matrix. Conditions for the existence of a fuzzy solution are derived and a numerical procedure for calculating the solution is designed. A numerical method for finding the least-squares solution of an overdetermined fuzzy system of linear equation by applying an orthogonal matrix to coefficients matrix that needs simple calculations is given.
