Abstract
The model of transient axially symmetric wave propagation in a circular elastic bar is studied by using the elastic wave propagation theory and the methods of integral transform. The numerical results of the model of longitudinal impact waves velocity are shown using a method of numerical analysis and MATLAB language. This theoretical formula and methods of analysis is used to an experimental system to measure dynamic characteristic of microstructure. Curve of the waves peak emulation of Davies bar are gotten by using theoretical formulation.
