Abstract
In this paper, we propose a fundamental solution method for the problems of steady three-dimensional Stokes flow past obstacles in a planar periodic array. The solutions of these problems are periodic functions which are difficult to be approximated by the conventional fundamental solution method. In the presented method, we approximate the solutions by linear combinations of the periodic fundamental solutions presented by Ishii. Some numerical examples are also included in this paper and their results make a good agreement with the ones of the previous works.
