RETRACTED: Congested traffic dynamics, weak flows and very degenerate elliptic equations

The authors found that regularity results on degenerate equations were needed. The problem of global regularity up to the boundary was not dealt with in an adequate manner, though interior regularity was correct. A corrected version with a new proof and substantially different results will be published later in the year.
