Rouquier blocks in Chevalley groups of type E

In finite Chevalley groups of type E, we shall find a ‘Rouquier’ like block algebra in non-defining characteristic. We construct a Morita equivalence between this block and a principal block of a local subgroup. As an application of the equivalence, we shall determine some decomposition numbers in type E.
