Abstract
The subjects of the present paper are generalized resultant matrices of two polynomials u(t),v(t) the coefficients of which are taken from an arbitrary field. The main aim is to construct a basis in the nullspace of these matrices using a greatest common divisor of u(t) and v(t) and solutions of corresponding Bezout equations.
