Abstract
⺠Widespread Burdigalian incision surfaces are present in the Moghra succession. ⺠The incision surfaces could be formed by base-level fall incision. ⺠Some of the incisions could be formed by deep fluvial scour and tidal erosion. ⺠The Moghra Formation consists of repeated multiple T-R units. ⺠T-R units were driven by sea level change or pulses of flood-generated sediment.
