Abstract
⺠We provide the first reliable radiometric age date for the Ahmeyim Great Dyke Of Mauritania. ⺠We discuss the palaeogeographic setting and significance of the Great Dyke. ⺠These new data significantly enhance the LIP barcode for the Neoarchaean and the West African Craton in particular.
