Abstract
⺠The Roswa area is experiencing more of climate variability than change. ⺠The available water in the system is sufficient to satisfy current demands. ⺠The dam will fail to cope when the agricultural area is doubled. ⺠Shortages of up to 22% for the downstream users are projected in case of CC.
