Abstract
⺠Tentaculitids and radiolarians indicate a Frasnian age for the Ban Phonxai shales. ⺠Tentaculitids were not previously recorded in either Phan Keo nor Phon Tiou Fm. ⺠Tentaculitid-radiolarian shales suggests Phon Tiou Fm is present at Ban Phonxai. ⺠Tentaculitids from the Indochina Terrane are similar to that from South China. ⺠Tentaculitids may be common and useful in radiolarian chert and shale in SE Asia.
