Abstract
⺠Investigation of zircon in jadeite-quartz rocks from the Kanto Mountains, Japan. ⺠Jadeite-quartz rocks formed contemporaneously with the Jurassic accretionary complex. ⺠HFSE concentrated in jadeite-quartz rock prior to the fluid moving up into the mantle wedge. ⺠Jadeite-bearing rocks may be abundant in or above subducted slab.
