Abstract
⺠Stochastic method for generating artificial ground motion. ⺠Determination of response spectra due to moderate magnitude earthquakes. ⺠Provides a brief generation of artificial ground motion procedures. ⺠The simulated waveforms were employed to two levels (VN L1 and VN L2) predicted ground motions in Vietnam. ⺠The new target response acceleration spectrum is proposed within the short period.
