Abstract
⺠We synthesize magmatic, metamorphic and age data from the BGC of central Rajasthan. ⺠The BGC records discrete Paleoproterozoic and Early Neoproterozoic events. ⺠The Paleoproterozoic ones are linked with the formation and dispersal of Columbia. ⺠The Early Neoproterozoic event is related to a collisional orogeny. ⺠c. 1.0 Ga orogeny led to the assembly of the Greater Indian Landmass in Rodinia.
