Abstract
⺠Tabular fracture clusters are zones of sub-parallel, closely spaced extension fractures, a style of fracturing not previously documented. ⺠These fracture clusters are associated with magmatic structures and spatially linked to the Johnson granite porphyry. ⺠Volatile overpressure may lead to dynamic fracturing of materials, causing the formation of dense arrays of extension fractures.
