Abstract
Syngas conversion over Fe/Ti mixed oxides: Ti/Fe ratio determines the relative amounts of Fe2O3, Fe2TiO5 and TiO2 on the resultant material. The interplay between these phases determines the overall high temperature Fischer Tropsch performance. Role of pseudobrookite: 1) it acts as structural promoter enhancing the dispersion of iron; 2) when exceeding a certain threshold (>13Â wt.%) it inhibits the reduction and carburization of iron.
