Abstract
Gallium as a catalyst for the epoxidation of olefins (cyclooctene, decene-1) including terpenes (carvone, limonene) with hydrogen peroxide in ethyl acetate or tetrahydrofurane (THF) is more efficient in comparison with the aluminum derivative.
