Abstract
The quasi-static ebulliometric method was used to measure the vapor pressure data of the purify MPC and the T-p-x data for the system containing MPC + aniline at pressures of (2, 4, 6, 7, and 8) kPa. The nonrandom two-liquid (NRTL) and Wilson models are used to be regressed the experimental data by Aspen. The y-x diagram, relative volatility and excess Gibbs free energy data were calculated from NRTL model by experimental data. From the y-x diagram and relative volatility data, we found the MPC with high purity can be purified from the An + MPC binary system by distillation process at low pressures.123
