Abstract
Molecular layer deposition (MLD) of polyimide on the surface of polypropylene membranes at the temperature of 110 °C has been successfully utilized to enhance the surface hydrophilicity, permeation and thermal stability of the polypropylene membranes. At the meantime the overall separation efficiency of the polyimide-deposited polypropylene was well maintained.
