Abstract
A one-dimensional coordination polymer has been synthesized hydrothermally. This compound can be used as an excellent dual functional fluorescent sensor for the selective and sensitive detection of the environmental contaminants nitrobenzene and dichromate anion. Moreover, the sensing mechanism, optical band gap and temperature variable photoluminescence of the compound have been investigated.377
