Abstract
A mono-mannose modified perylene bisimide derivative bridged with permethyl-β-CDs was synthesized, which as photodynamic therapy and fluorescence imaging agent exhibited potent photodynamic therapy activities with the IC50 values of 3.96, 16.79, 6.62 and 5.14 μM against MCF-7, Hela, A549 and Hep G2 cells.
