Abstract
This figure compares the predictions on radial profile of gas holdup from different drag models. The Schiller-Naumann (SN) drag model either over-predicts or under-predicts the gas holdup. By contrast, the three-fluid model in combination with DBS drag model performs best for low solid loading systems.130
