Abstract
Three laboratory scale, cold-flow double screw pyrolyzers were used to investigate the effects of scale on granular mixing. Qualitative optical visualization paired with quantitative composition analysis was used to determine mixing effectiveness across three mixer scales and two particle sizes.219
