Abstract
In this work we present a theoretical and experimental study of a prototype using Fresnel type concentrator. The theoretical model used allows us to determine various essential parameters design of the set up that are easily compared to measured data. It has been shown that thermal power production and daily efficiency are well predicted as compared to measurements. For a 250Â kW installed thermal prototype, a thermal daily efficiency over 40% was measured.
