Abstract
HIGHLIGHTSâ¢Patients with severe mental illness and diabetes has difficulty in coping psychiatric symptoms and side effects of drugs.â¢Nurses should support to patients coping with psychiatric symptoms and drug side effects.â¢Nurses should plan initiatives that will support and motivate to patients in developing good self-care activities.
