Abstract
Our findings support the view that psychotic manias on the whole take significantly longer time than mania without psychotic symptoms to respond, and also scored higher on indices of severity. Mood Incongruent Psychotic Manias and Mood Congruent Psychotic Manias did not differ in severity & response time.
