Abstract
An appropriate management of psychosomatic problems and epileptic attacks is likely to reduce irritability in epilepsy patients. Acknowledgment of irritability by clinicians will reduce drug failure when they administer AEDs with negative psychotropic profiles, especially irritability and aggression.
