Abstract
Based on the mass-conservation boundary conditions, in this paper, the mass flow parameters are selected as the conservation parameters to derive an improved Reynolds formulation. The paper establishes an analytic mathematic model to describe a uniformly distributed micro-texture cavitation to address the variable density, the pressure distribution, the cavitation situation, the vapor volume fraction prediction, the friction and the support force of the friction pair textured unit cell model. The results from the proposed model and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation are consistent. Finally, the analytic solution of piston cavitation characteristics is calculated coupled with the wedge effect, and the optimization results provide a reference for the gas-liquid mixed flow that can improve the performance of hydraulic components.
