Abstract
In this study, the thermal analysis was carried out to monitor the solidification course of Al-Ni-Si alloys. Parameters related to the fluidity of these molten alloys were obtained and analyzed. The fluidity testing of the Al-Ni-Si alloys with different content of Ni and Si were conducted by using the spiral permanent mould.
